Here is a checklist to help you keep track of which workouts you do.  There are over 100 to choose from but feel free to repeat your favourites.

Only a few days left to get your workouts in.  You might already be off from work.  If so, set aside your 15 minutes a day to move.  Each workout only takes 15 minutes. Squeeze them in when you can.  Please consult your doctor before starting on a fitness regime.  Exercises can be made easier or more challenging, just let me know if you need some help.
