Here is a checklist to help you keep track of which workouts you do.   How many have you done so far? There are over 100 to choose from but feel free to repeat your favourites.

Have a peek at the 5 workouts highlighted below, including one from the Zero Calorie Advent Calendar.  Each one only takes 15 minutes. Squeeze them in when you can.  Please consult your doctor before starting on a fitness regime.  Exercises can be made easier or more challenging, just let me know if you need some help.
