Warm up- Jog 3 minutes, skip rope for 1 min

1 min- Chest press                                     
1 min- Pec fly                                           
1 min- Walking lunges                                
1 min- Woodchopper to the left                 
1 min- Woodchopper to the right            
1 min- Squats with resistance band around thighs      
1 min- Bicep curl                                   
1 min- Tricep kickback  
1 min- Plank                                                                 
1 min- Push/Press up                        
1 min- Wall sit
