There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

Two more offers today. The first is a giveaway and comes to you from Dawn at Think It, Change It.

Think it, Change it offers a series of Cognitive Hypnotherapy solutions for a wide range of problems from smoking and weight loss, to phobias and self esteem.

Because Dawn believes that where you live should not limit your ability to get therapeutic help she has developed the “Therapy beyond geography” model which offers support via Skype and Facetime, YouTube taster clips and MP3 downloads. The downloads available in this offer are amongst the top selling items on the site.

The stress buster helps you cope with times where there is a lot of stress and anxiety going on – for example Christmas! In it Dawn talks you through practical approaches to coping with the stress in the moment.

The cold remedy encourages your body to accelerate its normal immune response to a cold. From the first point at which you listen to this download you should start to notice easing of symptoms. Most people report that the cold has mostly gone within 2 days.

Dawn has given us 5 free downloads to giveaway. You can choose from either the Stress Buster or the Cold Remedy. To win one just e-mail
giveaway@PTMollie.com with Think It, Change It in the header - remember to tell us which download you’d prefer!

Our second offer is one for all the cyclists out there and comes from
Cafe du Cycliste

“At CafĂ© du Cycliste we want to make you happy to wear cycling garments by avoiding the full polyester dogma and the mimicking of pro racing style. As a result we offer a range of technical and elegant cycling wear made with high-end fabrics and playing with kind of a retro style. Our principle is to avoid mixing the technical development and the styling. While the fabric selection and technical design are aimed at creating performance wear, the styling is deliberately elegance oriented. For the high-quality and beautiful product enthusiasts, we certainly offer the nicest cycling wear…in the solar system”.

Cafe du Cycliste are offering 10% off their clothing range. Just use the code AMISMOLLIE to receive 10% off at checkout. The code is valid until May 2013.

The third charity we are highlighting is Leuka.  Leuka leads leukaemia research by supporting life-saving research into the causes and treatment of leukaemia and other blood cancers. After 30 years of specialising in leukaemia we have built a charity with extensive expertise in blood cancer. We work with doctors, scientists and clinicians who all offer a unique capacity to support research vital to the advancement of treatments and cure.

Becca lost her Uncle to the disease 2 years ago He was treated and cared for at Hammersmith Hospital which has close links with Leuka, so it is a cause which is close to her heart.
