The workout below lists the total number of reps you need to do for each exercise. You can mix and match based on how you feel. If you want to combine exercises (such as squat, then overhead press) feel free. Just be sure to listen to your body.
 
100 jumping jacks/star jumps ** start with this exercise as a warm up please **

100 push ups/press ups

100 crunches

100 toe touches (the ab exercise)

100 walking lunges

100 squats

100 calf raises (on a low step if possible)

100 box jumps (or step ups as a lower impact option)

100 overhead presses (you can use weights, bottles of water, cans of soup, etc)

50 frontal raises with arms (you can use weights, bottles of water, cans of soup, etc)

50 lateral raises with arms (you can use weights, bottles of water, cans of soup, etc)

= 1000

MAKE IT
Another recipe from Total Greek Yoghurt today. This time a vegetarian moussaka

Roast Vegetable, Feta & Yoghurt Moussaka
 
Nutritional info per serving: 170 kcals / 12.5g protein / 5g fat / 3g saturated fat / 18g carbs/ 9g sugar / 6g fibre / 1g salt

Prep time: 45 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients
250g TOTAL 0% Greek Yoghurt
2 yellow peppers, sliced & roasted
2 red onions, cut & roasted into wedges
2 medium courgettes, sliced & roasted
1 aubergine, sliced & roasted
100g butternut squash, sliced & roasted
3 garlic cloves, crushed
500ml passata sauce
2 tsp dried oregano
1 small can butter beans cooked
1 egg, beaten
100g feta cheese, crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste.

 

Method


1.       Preheat the oven to 180°C / 360°F / Gas Mark 4.
2.       In a deep oven proof dish layer the roasted vegetables, garlic, passata sauce, oregano and butter beans and bake for 30 minutes.
3.       Mix together the Greek yoghurt and beaten egg and season.
4.       Remove the dish from the oven and spread with the yoghurt and egg mixture. Crumble feta cheese evenly on top and bake for another 15 minutes, until golden.
