Weekend Challenge: Measure out your snacks

Last weekend, you were challenged to learn how to read food labels. This weekend, empower yourself with this knowledge by measuring out your snacks. Rather than munching on chips, crackers or carrots straight from the bag, take a look at the nutrition label. Put the appropriate amount into a small dish (small dishes and plates make the portions look bigger) or a Ziploc bag. Enjoy knowing how many calories, grams of protein, and percent fat you are consuming!
