We are going to keep it short and simple this week. Your challenge will only take you a total of 3 minutes. One 1 minute forearm plank today, tomorrow, and Sunday. You definitely have the time to do this one! If your core isn't strong enough, feel free to drop to your knees but keep the core tense.
